Banana and Blueberry Muffins (FODMAPs friendly; lactose free; no added sugar).

These muffins get their sweetness from the bananas, blueberries and coconut oil.
I made half of the batch pictured from spelt flour and the rest from a mixture half spelt, half normal self raising flour. Both varieties were moist, with blueberries that burst in the mouth
